Tokelytics provides an informational aggregator of on-chain tokenized real estate data and related analytics. Tokelytics is not a marketplace, not an investment platform, and does not offer or engage in investment advisory, brokerage, financial, or other regulated services.

3.2 No Financial or Investment Advice

All information made available through our Services, including but not limited to market data, property data, analytics, and metrics, is provided solely for informational purposes. Such information does not constitute, and should not be construed as, legal, investment, financial, or other professional advice. You should always consult qualified professionals for such advice.

3.3 Non-Regulated Activity

Tokelytics is not required to be authorized or regulated by any financial regulator, including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or equivalent bodies, as we do not provide financial intermediation, brokerage, or investment services. We are purely an aggregator and provider of informational content.

3.4 No Agency Relationship

Your use of the Services does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employer-employee, or franchiser-franchisee relationship between you and Tokelytics.

8.3 On-Chain Data and Analytics

All on-chain data, analytics, metrics, or other information displayed by Tokelytics is provided strictly as a reference. We do not warrant the reliability, availability, or correctness of such data. Tokelytics shall have no liability for any decisions or actions taken by you or others based on the information provided through the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.2 Liability Cap

In no event shall Tokelytics' total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the total amount paid by you to Tokelytics, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

9.3 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tokelytics and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your violation of these Terms, (ii) your misuse of the Services, (iii) your violation of any laws or regulations, or (iv) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of Tokelytics or a third party.

11. Termination

11.1 Right to Terminate

Tokelytics may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time and for any reason, including a breach of these Terms or any other policies referenced herein.

11.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. The following provisions will survive termination: Intellectual Property Rights, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other provisions intended by their nature to survive.

You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Tokelytics. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms freely without notice or consent.
